Piano Appraisals
Complete piano appraisals are available at reasonable cost.
After a thorough inspection of your piano I will provide a full written report to you on my letterhead. This report will detail the particular qualities of your piano including its age and the history of its manufacturer (where known), the physical condition of your piano, the musical condition of your piano including tone quality characteristics and an estimate of its current retail market value.

Buying a piano
There are many points to be considered when buying a piano. Pianos are available in a wide range of price, age, condition, size and quality. Finding the perfect piano for your situation may take some time but it is possible to find a piano that will suit the needs and budget of most piano buyers. In addition, I always have a list of pianos that are for sale privately.
If you have found a piano that you may be interested in, I am available to inspect the piano and advise you in your purchase.
Selling a piano
If you have a piano for sale, I often have buyers who are looking to buy. My usual fee is a commission of 10% if I provide a buyer for your piano. If you would like to contact me, I will add your piano to my files and refer potential buyers to you. You may wish to consider having me appraise your piano in order to assist in marketing your instrument. Depending on your piano, I may personally be interested in purchasing your piano.
